2011 (FRESHMAN) -- In first collegiate meet at the Southern Utah dual, notched a 9.725 on floor (T-5th), 9.625 on bars (T-7th) and 9.600 on vault (9th)... Competed in the all-around for the first time in her collegiate career at the BYU quad meet with Southern Utah and Iowa State, logging a 37.700 (6th), posting a 9.575 on bars (22nd), 9.550[apos]s on both vault (T18th) and floor (24th), as well as a 9.025 on beam (23rd)... Recorded a season-high 9.650 on bars (12th) in the Boise State dual, while also logging 9.675 on floor (10th) and 9.650 on vault (10th), as well as posting a 9.500 in a beam exhibition performance... Notched career-high 38.600 in the all-around (5th) in the Utah dual, posting a 9.700 on both beam (8th) and floor (7th), as well as 9.600[apos]s on both vault (9th) and bars (11th)... In the home finale vs. Cal State Fullerton, posted two career-highs in the all-around with a 38.625 (5th) and on bars with a 9.825 (T2nd), along with scoring 9.675 on beam (T5th), 9.625 on floor (8th) and a 9.500 on vault (7th)... Was ninth in the all-around at the WAC Championships with a 38.250, recording a 9.625 on bars (22nd), a 9.575 on both vault (T28th) and floor (T28th), as well as a 9.475 on beam (28th)... Notched a 38.025 at the NCAA North Central Regionals, placing 12th after scoring a 9.650 on bars (T34th), a 9.550 on both beam (31st) and floor (37th), and a 9.275 on vault (42nd)... A USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete Award recipient. CLUB/HIGH SCHOOL -- Competed for Midwest Gymnastics Club for coaches Ali Lim and Jess Graba, who is the twin brother of current Auburn head coach and former Utah and USU assistant Jeff Graba... Was a three-time Level 10 regional qualifier from 2008-10... A first alternate for the 2009 Level 10 NIT meet, as well winning her age group at the 2010 Nationals... Helped Midwest Gymnastics Club win the 2010 New York and Rising Stars meets, as well as finishing fourth at the Minnesota State meet, after placing third the year before... Was a Level 9 qualifier for Western Regionals in 2007. PERSONAL -- An elementary education major... Daughter of Randy and Mary Vaske... Has three sisters... Enjoys spending time with friends, shopping and boating... Came to Utah State because of the campus environment and students, the great education program and the gymnastics team and coaching staff.
