Aaron Hartley is in his second year with Utah State Athletics as an Aggie Athletics Relationship Manager (AARM). He joined the department in June 2025.
Before Utah State, Hartley spent two seasons with Utah Valley women’s basketball, assisting the program as a team manager and assistant director of operations. He served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Santiago, Chile.
He is dedicated to supporting student-athletes and aims to build a long-term career in intercollegiate athletics, including contributions to the ongoing growth and success of Utah State Athletics.
Outside of work, he enjoys camping, snowboarding, and spending time with his family. A lifelong sports fan, Hartley also cheers on the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies, Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth.
Originally from American Fork, Utah, Hartley earned a bachelor’s in international business with a minor in Spanish and an MBA from Utah Valley University.
