Ben Duggins is in his second year with Utah State Athletics as an Aggie Athletics Relationship Manager (AARM), having joined the department in May 2025.
Prior to Utah State, Duggins gained valuable experience in collegiate athletics through partnership roles with JMI Sports and San Diego State Athletics. He also worked in ticket operations with the San Diego Padres, further developing his expertise in fan engagement and customer service.
In his role with Utah State Athletics, Duggins is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with fans and supporters, enhancing the game-day experience, and helping drive the continued growth of Aggie Athletics.
A native of the Bay Area, Duggins graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in sports management. Having grown up following Pac-12 athletics through the conference’s former Bay Area institutions, he is especially excited to help usher Utah State into a new era as the Aggies begin their transition into the Pac-12 Conference.
