Brianna Brooks

Brianna Brooks is in her first season as an assistant coach after officially being announced on July 18, 2025.

Brooks competed for five seasons at Utah State from 2021 to 2025 and finished her illustrious career with 24 event titles, including nine on beam, nine on bars, five in the all-around and one on vault. Her nine beam titles are the fourth-most in school history, while her nine bar titles are the seventh-most.

During her time as an Aggie, Brooks was named the North Central Region Gymnast of the Year twice (2023, 2024) and was a six-time all-conference honoree. She was named the Mountain West Beam Specialist of the Year following her senior season along with being named the MW Championship MVP as she helped the Aggies win its seventh conference championship in program history.

During her senior campaign, Brooks won 12 event titles, which is tied for the sixth-most by a senior in program history, as she placed first on beam seven times and first on bars five times. Her seven beam titles are tied with Tana Davis (1990) for the most in a single-season in school history and her five bar titles are tied for the eighth-most.

Brooks ranks first all-time in school history with a single-season bars average of 9.860, set in 2022, and competed at NCAA Regionals three times as she holds the second-best and tied for the third-best bars score in school history for an NCAA Regional Championships meet with a career-best 9.925 in 2023 (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) and a 9.900 in 2022 (Norman, Oklahoma), 2024 (Berkeley, California) and 2025 (Salt Lake City, Utah).

Brooks’ career-high 9.925 on beam is tied for the ninth-best score on the event in school history, while her personal-best 9.925 on bars is tied for the 11th-best score.

Brooks graduated from Utah State in the spring of 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an exercise science emphasis and she earned her master’s degree in sports management from USU in the spring of 2025. As a student-athlete, Brooks garnered Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association Scholastic All-American honors four times, College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors three times, and Academic All-Conference accolades four times.
