Cameron Davis joined Utah State University in September 2025 as the associate director of olympic strength and conditioning, working with women’s basketball and women’s volleyball.
Before joining Utah State, Davis was the assistant director of strength and conditioning at Howard University, where she worked with football, the 2024 NEC champion women’s soccer team, the 2025 MEAC champion softball program and the volleyball team. Prior to Howard, she served as a graduate assistant at Regis University, directing strength and conditioning for men’s soccer and men’s and women’s cross country.
Davis also brings professional experience from the XFL, where she was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the St. Louis Battlehawks and the D.C. Defenders, overseeing sport science initiatives for both teams. Earlier in her career, she interned at the Georgia Institute of Technology, assisting with men’s and women’s basketball, women’s volleyball, and men’s and women’s tennis.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from the University of North Georgia and holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
