Forsythe, Dalton

Dalton Forsythe

Dalton Forsythe is in his second year with Utah State Athletics as the Assistant AD for Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

As a wealth advisor and co-founder of Tencap Wealth Coaching, Dalton helps clients understand what truly drives investment results, blending sound financial principles with behavioral coaching to support long-term financial success. He brings these same skills and perspective to his work with Utah State student-athletes, helping them navigate NIL opportunities and build financial habits that support success beyond their playing careers.

Beyond his work in wealth management, Dalton serves as a board member for the Inclusive Sports Foundation, the 2024 California Nonprofit of the Year, which promotes inclusion and access in athletics. He also previously served as a director and board member of The Blue A Collective, a nonprofit collective dedicated to providing a competitive edge in the NIL space for Utah State Athletics. During his leadership, the collective successfully navigated the rapidly changing NIL landscape while strengthening its position as a compliant, alumni-driven platform supporting Aggie student-athletes.

Forsythe graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and a minor in real estate. A former offensive lineman for the Utah State football team, Dalton was recognized as a two-time Whitesides Scholar-Athlete for his excellence on the field and in the classroom.

Forsythe and his wife, Madi, have three daughters and a son. They call Cache Valley home base but enjoy traveling and creating new experiences together as a family.
