Hayden Millie (Mill-ee) is in his first season as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Utah State football.
Millie came to Utah State after spending the past two seasons as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Nevada football team. Millie also served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Nevada for the 2022 and 2023 football seasons.
Before Nevada, Millie spent three years at Oregon as a senior sports performance intern working with the football program.
Millie graduated from Oregon in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in human physiology and earned his master's degree in exercise science from Concordia University, Chicago in 2024.
Millie holds his NSCA - CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), his NSCA TSAC-F (Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator) and is First Aid, CPR and AED Certified.
