Isaiah Jones

Isaiah Jones is in his second year as Associate Athletic Director for Aggie Engagement at Utah State University. In this role, he oversees two signature programs — Aggies Lead and the A-Club — each supported by its own advisory board. Aggies Lead prepares student-athletes for life after graduation and is guided by the Aggies Lead Advisory Board (ALAB), while the A-Club serves as the official alumni society for Utah State letterwinners, built on the motto Aggies Helping Aggies, and is guided by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

A former Aggie himself, Jones was a member of the Utah State football team from 2009–2012, including the 2012 squad that finished 11–2 and won a conference championship. His family’s ties to Aggie Athletics run deep. His father, Paul Jones (Football, Track & Field, 1981–84), and his mother, Sylvia, were recognized as USU Alumni of the Year in 2012. His sister, Daphne, competed for USU Track & Field from 2010–2013, while his wife, Josselyn White-Jones, was a four-year letterwinner for USU Volleyball (2009–2012) and still ranks in the program’s top 10 all-time for total blocks.

Before stepping into his current role, Jones worked across the University to establish, promote, and sustain collaborative partnerships with academic and administrative units, community institutions, and organizations statewide.

Jones holds a BS from Utah State University and an MA from the University of Notre Dame.
