Kailie Quinn enters her second season on Utah State's staff in 2025-26. Quinn serves as assistant coach and the team's offensive coordinator after spending the 2024-25 campaign as the video coordinator.Â
In 2024-25, Quinn helped the Aggie offense to break the program's 3-point record for makes (256) and attempts (889). Over the last five games of the season, the Utah State offense averaged 75.2 points per game, the highest offensive output in the Mountain West during a team's final five games of the regular season. Quinn helped freshmen Carlie Latta and Taliyah Logwood to Freshman of the Week honors from the Mountain West, the first weekly conference honors for the team since 2022. The Aggies saw year-over-year improvements that ranked among the top in the nation for 3-pointers made and attempted per game and earned a 10-seed in the MW Tournament.

Quinn, a native of Salt Lake City, spent the past three seasons on staff as an assistant coach at Westminster (2021-24). While there, she helped six players to seven all-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference honors. In her first two seasons under head coach Jenteal Jackson, the Griffins posted a combined 34-21 record, including a 31-12 mark in conference play.Â
Â
Prior to her time at Westminster, Quinn served as an assistant coach at Utah Tech for two seasons. In her first season, the Trailblazers posted an 18-12 record during the 2019-20 campaign, marking the program's most wins since the 2011-12 season. The Trailblazers also qualified for the 2020 RMAC Tournament, the program's first conference tournament berth since the 2013-14 season. The team then played just three games during the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season.Â
