LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Utah State lost 7-0 to host Nevada-Las Vegas at the UNLV Men's Tennis Invitational here on Friday. With the loss the Aggies fell to 0-4 on the season. Utah State will meet Nevada-Reno, which lost 7-0 to Northern Arizona, in the consolation semifinals on Saturday at 11 a.m. MST.

USU's Ryan Burbidge was the only Aggie to force a three-set match as he pushed Leslie Eisinga at number four singles before losing 3-6, 6-2, 6-1. Burbidge also teamed with Dan Baird to win the number three doubles match, but the Aggies lost the two other doubles matches to lose the doubles point to the Rebels.

In other tournament action, Colorado defeated Idaho State 6-1 and Texas-Arlington defeated Weber State 7-0. Idaho State and Weber State will meet on Saturday in the other consolation match, while Colorado faces Texas-Arlington and Northern Arizona meets UNLV on the winner's side of the bracket.
