LOGAN, Utah - Utah State's men's tennis team won its second match in as many days, as they swept Portland State 7-0 Friday afternoon at the Sports Academy. The Aggies improved to 7-11 on the year with the victory over the Vikings. The match, originally scheduled for 1 p.m., was delayed several hours because Portland State missed its flight.

The Aggies got singles victories from Andreas Madersbacher, Clayton Thomas, Jason Trask, Jordan Butler, Sam Harris and Steve Peterson, as USU swept the singles play against the Vikings.

The tandem of Madersbacher and Thomas netted an 8-3 victory at No. 1 doubles, while the Peterson and Trask duo won by default at No. 3 doubles.

The Aggies next match will be at home against Idaho State on April 10 at 2 p.m.
