LOGAN, Utah -
Utah State University announced Tuesday the remainder of its men's basketball games that will be televised during the 2008-09 season. KJZZ-TV will broadcast five more games during the year with the option to carry more, while ESPN Regional and Altitude will broadcast one game each.
Utah State's next television appearance will be on KJZZ on Monday, Dec. 22 when it hosts in-state rival Utah at 7 p.m. KJZZ will also carry USU's home game against Boise State on Saturday, Jan. 17 along with road games at New Mexico State on Jan. 10, at Hawai'i on Jan. 24, and at Boise State on February 14.
Along with its five remaining games on KJZZ, Utah State will have two other games televised as its contest at Louisiana Tech on Thursday, Jan. 8 will be televised regionally by ESPN, and its game at Idaho on Thursday, Feb. 12 will be carried on Altitude TV.
Other opportunities for Utah State to appear on television include its ESPN BracketBuster game, which is scheduled for Friday Feb. 20 or Saturday, Feb. 21, and the 2009 Western Athletic Conference Tournament which will be played in Reno, Nev., from Mar. 10-14. The championship game of the 2009 WAC Tournament will be televised live on ESPN2 beginning at 7 p.m., as will one of the semifinal games.
