LOGAN, Utah -

-- Utah State's 381 rushing yards is No. 14 on USU's single-game best and most since 388 in 1999 vs. Nevada.

-- Sophomore RB Robert Turbin's 190 rushing yards is most since Emmett White's 233 yards vs. Weber State in 2001... It is the most vs. a FBS opponent since White's 274 vs. Wyoming in 2001.

-- The 56 rushing yards by SJSU is the fewest for the USU defense since 47 at Hawai'i on Oct. 6, 2007.

-- Saturday was USU's first win over SJSU since 2005, winning the last two of three at Logan... SJSU now leads the all-time series 20-11-1 and the series is even at 8-8 at Logan.

-- USU improves to 3-1 at home this season, guaranteeing the Aggies a winning season at home, USU's first winning season since 2003, going 3-2.

-- Junior QB Diondre Borel made his team-leading 19th-consecutive start on Saturday... Junior OT Spencer Johnson made his 29th career start overall.

-- Freshman CB Quinton Byrd made his first career start.

-- Utah State scored on its opening possession for the third game in a row after a streak of three games without doing so... Overall, it was the Aggies' seventh game this season in getting on the scoreboard on their opening drive.

-- Sophomore RB Robert Turbin scored his 16th career rushing TD... It was his fourth consecutive game with a rushing TD as well as

seventh game this season and 13th game of his career.

-- It was Turbin's second-straight multi-TD outing this season and the third of his career, but the first coming at home, as his other two times were last week at Hawai'i and his career-best three at LA Tech last season (Nov. 15).

-- USU scored first for the eighth time this season and the Aggies are now 2-6 when hanging a point on the scoreboard first.

-- With a 5-yard rush in the second quarter, Turbin topped the 1,000 yard single-season milestone, becoming the first USU running back to reach the 1,000 yard plateau since Emmett White in 2001... Turbin now has 1,122 for the season, jumping up to No. 12 on USU's single-season list, closing in on No. 11 Rick Parros (1,135 yards in 1977) and No. 10 of Roy Shivers (1,138 in 1965).

-- Turbin's rushing total also puts him over 1,500 yards for his career, becoming the first Aggie since White (1998-2001) and the 12th all-time... Turbin now has 1,624 yards for his career, vaulting to No. 11 on USU's career rushing list, needing 196 to tie Jack Hill's 1,820 yards (1952, 55-56).

-- Saturday was Turbin's sixth 100-yard rushing outing this season and seventh of his career... The six 100-yard games is the most since White had eight in 2001.

-- Junior QB Diondre Borel topped the 4,000 career passing yards, becoming the 10th USU QB to do so... He now has 4,020 yards, needing 162 to catch Ron Lopez (1990-91) with 4,182 yards at No. 9.

-- Borel has also surpassed the 5,000 yards of total offense milestone, becoming the eighth Aggie to reach that mark and moving to No. 7 on the career total offense list with 5,095 yards.

-- USU has scored in the first quarter in eight of its 10 games... With the Aggies' seven points, they now have a 76-73 edge in the opening stanza.

-- Utah State led at halftime for the fifth time this season and the Aggies are now 3-2 when leading at the break.

-- Senior PK Chris Ulinski has at least one field goal in nine of USU's 10 games after his streak of eight in row ended last week at Hawai'i.

-- This is USU's second-straight season with 12 field goals and the third in a row with at least 12 (13 in 2007)... USU's single-season record is 19 in 1993.

-- Junior RB Derrvin Speight's 47-yard rush in the fourth quarter is a new career-long, eclipsing the 44-yard dash that he had earlier this season vs. LA Tech.

-- Speight scored his second rushing TD of the season and fifth of his career.

-- Junior CB Chris Randle snared his second INT of the season and third of his career.

-- Borel's 50 passing yards give him 2,315 for the season, keeping him at No. 14 on USU's single-season list, needing 50 more to reach Bob Gagliano at No. 13 with 2,365 yards.

-- Borel now has 2,748 yards of total offense this season, No. 9 on USU's single-season list and the most since Travis Cox's 2,844 in 2003.
