UTAH STATE POSTGAME NOTES VS. IDAHO

TEAM NOTES
• Utah State has now claimed a share of its second-straight WAC regular season championship.

• Utah State is now tied with Oklahoma (24-1) for the best record and most wins in the country. USU's 24 wins this year is also tied for the fifth-most wins in school history.

• Utah State has now won 19 straight games which is the longest winning streak in the nation and tied with the 1999-2000 team for the longest winning streak in school history.

• Utah State is now 10-0 on the season on the road, which is the best road record in the nation this year. Those 10 road wins are also tied with Butler for the most road wins in the nation, and tied for the second-most road wins in school history (11-3 in 1959-60).

• Utah State has now won 12 straight regular season road games.

• Utah State has now won 16 straight WAC games, including eight straight on the road. That 16-game WAC winning streak is the longest since Utah won 19 consecutive WAC games from the 1997-98 to 1998-99 seasons.

• Utah State's 12-0 start to league play is tied with the 2003-04 team for the second-best league start in school history behind the 1999-2000 team that went 16-0 in the Big West. It's 12 league wins are tied for the ninth-most in school history.

• Utah State has now shot under 50 percent from the field for just the 10th time this year. It is just the second time this year that USU has shot under 50 percent from the field in back-to-back games as it shot 47.5 percent against Louisiana Tech.

• Utah State has now shot over 40 percent from three-point range 11 times this year.

• Utah State's 40 rebounds are its second-most this year (48 vs. Howard). The 21 rebounds for Idaho are tied for the third-fewest by a USU opponent this year.

• Utah State's 17 made field goals is a season-low. Its previous season-low was 19 against Louisiana Tech in its last game. The 16 made field goals by Idaho is tied for the second-fewest by a USU opponent this year (14 vs. Louisiana Tech on Jan. 8 in Ruston).

• Utah State is now 13-0 this year and has won 57 straight games when allowing less than 60 points.

• Utah State has now out-rebounded 19 of its 25 opponents this year.

• Utah State is now 18-0 this year and 200-21 over the last 10 years when leading at the half.

• Utah State is now 39-6 against teams from the state of Idaho under Coach Morrill, including a 20-3 record against Idaho.

PLAYER NOTES
• Gary Wilkinson has now scored in double-figures 22 times this season and 50 times in his career. He also notched his sixth double-double of the season and 13th of his career.

• Jared Quayle scored in double-figures for the 16th time in his last 18 games and for the 17th time this year.

• Tai Wesley had two blocks tonight to give him 58 in his career, which ranks eighth all-time in school history.

• Pooh Williams was 1-of-2 from three-point range tonight and has made five of his last seven three-pointers in his last three games.
