UTAH STATE POSTGAME NOTES VS. CAL STATE BAKERSFIELD

TEAM NOTES
* Utah State is now 25-2 on the season and tied with Oklahoma (25-1) for the most wins in the nation.

* Utah State won its 32nd straight home game tonight to set a new school record. USU also has the second-longest home winning streak in the nation behind Kansas (38).

* Utah State's 25 wins this year are tied for the third-most in school history.

* Utah State has now won 38 straight home games against non-conference opponents and 62 of its last 64 overall. USU has also won 62 straight non-conference regular season home games.

* Utah State is now 157-12 in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum under Coach Morrill, which includes a 75-4 record against non-conference opponents.

* Utah State is now 2-0 this year and 50-16 over the last 10 years following a loss.

* Utah State improved to 14-0 this year and has now won 58 straight games when allowing less than 60 points.

* Utah State is now 19-0 on the season and 201-21 over the last 10 years when leading at the half.

* Utah State shot over 50 percent from the field for the first time in four games and for the 16th time this year. USU also shot over 50 percent from three-point range for the fifth time this year.

* Utah State recorded 20-plus assists for the sixth time this year.

* Utah State's 11 made three-pointers are its second-most this year (12 vs. NMSU), and its 40 rebounds are tied for the second-most this year.

* Utah State has now held four of its last five opponents to less than 60 points.

PLAYER NOTES
* Stavon Williams scored in double-figures for the first time in six games and for the fifth time this year.

* Tai Wesley scored in double-figures for the 20th time this year and 38th time in his career. He also took his team-leading seventh charge tonight.

* Gary Wilkinson recorded double-digits in rebounds for the eighth time this year and 15th time in his career. He also had a career-high five assists and tied his season-high with two blocks.

* Brady Jardine recorded his third dunk of the season, while Stavon Williams had his second.

* With his one made three-pointer, Tyler Newbold has now made 81 treys in his career and his tied with Corwin Woodward (1994-95) for 10th-place all-time at Utah State in career three-pointers made.
