Utah State soccer concluded its four-match roadtrip Sunday, falling to UNLV, 3-0.

With the loss, Utah State falls to 7-7-1 on the year with a 2-4-0 Mountain West ledger. UNLV improves to 7-8-0 overall, while sitting at 2-4-0 in league action.

Senior goalkeeper Jeannie Woller guarded the net for the Aggies Friday, tallying seven saves. The Rebels out-shot Utah State, 21-13, also earning a 10-5 on goal advantage.

The first half was quiet on both sides of the field, as the teams went to the break in a scoreless draw. Unfortunately for the Aggies, UNLV entered the second half with an increased offensive drive and quickly found the lead.

The Rebels got on the board right at the 58 minute mark, when Jodi Barber received a quick cross from Denalie Nurnan and shot from just inside the box. The Aggie defense held strong for the next few minutes, but UNLV added another pair of goals within three minutes.

In the 74th minute of play, Jordan Mangin was able to get a head on the ball delivered from a free kick at the opposite corner of the box. Just three minutes later, Brittney Gideon extended the Rebels' lead as she broke through the USU defense, dribbling the ball down the middle and to the top corner of the net. The Aggies were unable to answer the scoring surge, securing the 3-0 victory for the Rebels.

After four-straight road matches, the Aggies are ready to return to the familiar confines of Chuck and Gloria Bell Field. Utah State will host Air Force on Friday, Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. and Colorado College on Sunday, Oct. 18 at 1 p.m.
