Oct. 16, 2015 LOGAN, Utah - Utah State softball will conclude its fall season Saturday, Oct. 17, when it hosts the College of Southern Idaho in a doubleheader exhibition. Action from LaRee and LeGrand Johnson Field will begin at Noon, with the second game following at 2 p.m.
The opponent is a familiar one for senior third baseman Colby Argyle and junior outfielder Amanda Sheets who both began their collegiate careers at CSI. Argyle transferred to Utah State prior to last season, while Sheets joined the Aggies this fall.
While Saturday's games are the final two official games of USU's fall season, the Aggies will play an intrasquad scrimmage on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 11 a.m. The game will be Halloween themed, with players and coaches dressed up in costumes. Kids are invited to dress up as well and the team will pass out candy at the end of the game.
