Post-Game Notes vs. BYU (11/30/16)

TEAM NOTES
* Utah State allowed a season-high 55 rebounds, including a season-high 23 offensive rebounds as the Aggies were out-rebounded 55-31. Overall, USU has now been out-rebounded four times this season and is 1-3 in those games.
* Utah State had four players score in double-figures for the fourth time this year and is now 3-1 in those games.
* Utah State held its third opponent this season to less than 40 percent shooting from the field as BYU shot 35.2 percent (25-71) from the field.
* Utah State held its third opponent this season to less than 30 percent shooting from 3-point range as BYU shot 20.0 (4-20) from behind the arc. Those four made treys are the fewest by an Aggie opponent this season.
* Utah State lost for the first time this season when out-shooting its opponent from the field. USU also lost its first game this year when out-shooting its opponent from 3-point range.
* BYU's 23 free throws are the most by a USU opponent this season, while its 27 free throw attempts are tied for the most.
* Utah State had season-lows in both free throws made (6) and attempted (11). USU also made a season-low five 3-pointers.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
* Senior wing Jalen Moore scored 15 points for his 19th-straight double-digit scoring game dating back to last season. Moore has now scored in double-figures in 31 of his last 32 games and in 67 games in his career.
* With his 15 points, Moore moved ahead of Jay Goodman (1,215) and into 24th-place all-time at Utah State with 1,225 points and is now just nine points shy of tying Max Perry for 23rd-place with 1,236 career points.
* Senior guard Shane Rector scored in double-figures for the third time this season and 16th time in his career with his 10 points. Rector also had a season-high four rebounds and tied his season-high with one block.
* Sophomore forward Norbert Janicek tied his season-high with 12 points for his fourth double-figure scoring game of the season.
* Freshman guard Koby McEwen scored in double-figures for the fourth time this season with 10 points.
* Junior forward Ngor Barnaba tied his season-high with two assists.
* Sophomore forward Quinn Taylor tied his career-high with three assists. He also tied his season-high with six rebounds, marking the third time in his career he has grabbed at least five rebound in a game.
* Freshman guard Sam Merrill had season-highs in both assists (3) and steals (2).
