LOGAN, Utah – Utah State soccer (1-2-0) returns to action this weekend as it plays at Idaho State (0-4-0) on Saturday, Sept. 8, at 1 p.m.

Friday's match at Idaho State will be available to stream online through Watch Big Sky. Live stats, as well as a radio feed, will also be available. Links to each option will be posted on the Utah State soccer social media pages prior to the match.

 Idaho State is still seeking its first win of the season, hosting the Aggies with an 0-4 record and coming off a 10-0 loss at BYU last weekend. The Bengals have scored two goals this season, both coming from a different player. Two keepers have seen time in the net, with redshirt freshman Laule'a Phillips playing the majority of minutes. Together, the two have allowed 19 goals while tallying 20 saves.

Idaho State returned six starters and six additional letterwinners to the pitch this season after going 3-14-1 a year ago. The Bengals welcomed nine new players, including eight freshmen and one transfer to the team this season. Allison Gibson is in her 13th season as the head coach at Idaho State, where she has an overall record of 80-127-22. All-time, Utah State is 10-5-1 against the Bengals, including a 3-3-1 record in matches played in Pocatello. The teams also played in Pocatello last season, a 2-0 win for the Aggies.

Utah State enters Saturday's match with a 1-2-0 record, last playing at Towson for a 3-1 victory. The Aggies have scored four goals by four different players this season. Senior goalkeeper Grace McGuire has played the majority of time in the net, tallying 13 saves and allowing three goals.
