Utah State Women’s Basketball Faces Colorado State Saturday

Aggies and Rams set to tip at 2 p.m.

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State women's basketball (9-7, 4-1 Mountain West) looks to continue its success in conference play on Saturday, Jan. 19, as the Aggies travel to Fort Collins, Colo., to take on Colorado State (7-8, 1-3 MW) at 2 p.m.
 
Saturday's game will be streamed live on the Mountain West Network. Radio coverage will be provided by 92.3 KBLU, with Jaden Johnson on the call. Live stats and play-by-play information will be available through Sidearm, while updates will also be provided through the team's social media outlets. Links to each option will be available online prior to every game.
 
Colorado State leads USU in the all-time series, 18-10. After opening conference play with a 52-49 win over UNLV, the Rams have lost their last three matchups. Colorado State averages 56.6 points per game, while shooting 38.9 percent (318-of-818) from the field, 30.3 percent (89-of-294) from behind the arc and 78.5 percent (124-of-158) at the free throw line. The Rams are led in scoring by sophomore guard Lore Devos (14.7 ppg) and junior guard Mollie Mounsey (12.7 ppg). Devos also leads the team in rebounds, averaging 5.9 per game. Redshirt sophomore guard Grace Colaivalu leads Colorado State in assists, averaging 4.7 per game.
 
Defensively, Colorado State allows 57.3 points per game, as opponents are shooting 32.5 percent (307-of-945) from the floor, 29.0 percent (122-of-421) from the 3-point line and 70.5 percent (124-of-176) at the free throw line. Redshirt senior forward Tatum Neubert leads the Rams in blocks, averaging 1.1 per game, while Devos leads the team in steals, averaging 1.7 per game.
 
Utah State is averaging 63.3 points per game, while shooting 41.3 percent (395-of-957) from the field, 32.5 percent (90-of-277) from behind the arc and 70.4 percent (133-of-189) at the free throw line. Junior guard/forward Shannon Dufficy leads the team with a double-double average at 16.4 points and 10.2 rebounds. Junior guard Eliza West leads the team in assists, averaging 5.3 per game.
 
Defensively, opponents average 58.1 points against the Aggies while shooting 37.2 percent (330-of-888) from the floor, 27.2 percent (83-of-301) from the 3-point line and 69.9 percent (188-of-269) at the free throw line. Dufficy leads the team in steals, averaging 2.1 per game, while senior center Deja Mason averages a team-high 1.4 blocks per game.
