Utah State soccer (6-7-1, 1-4-1 MW) continues its 2019 season this week, traveling to Colorado State (9-4-1, 4-2-0 MW) on Friday, Oct. 18, at 3 p.m., followed by a second road trip to Wyoming (5-5-4, 2-3-1 MW) on Sunday, Oct. 20, at 1 p.m.

Last Time Out
Utah State lost each of its matches last week with a 2-1 loss against New Mexico, followed by a 1-0 loss against San Diego State. Against the Lobos, junior midfielder
Kami Warner scored her second goal of the year, finding the back of the net in the 19th minute off of an
Ashley Cardozo assist. Against the Aztecs, Utah State logged 11 of its 12 shots in the second half, outshooting San Diego State 12-11 for the match, but a single goal by SDSU in the 68th minute proved to be the difference.
Looking at Colorado State
Colorado State is 9-4-1 overall on the year, including a 4-2-0 mark in Mountain West play. The Rams have won each of their last three matches with a 1-0 win at Air Force, and a 1-0 win over Fresno State and 2-1 win over San José State at home.
Senior midfielder Caeley Lordemann leads CSU with a team-best seven goals and a team-best 39 shots. Lordemann has recorded four assists, second only to sophomore forward Gracie Armstrong with a team-best five assists. Sophomore keeper Gabi McDonald has played every minute in goal for Colorado State this season, appearing in 1,305:43 total minutes and logging 74 saves and a goals-against average of 0.76.
The Series with Colorado State
Utah State leads the all-time series against Colorado State, 4-2-0, but has lost each of the last two matches.
Looking at Wyoming
Wyoming is 5-5-4 on the year, including a 2-3-1 mark in league play. The Cowgirls have logged a different result in each of their last three matches with a 3-2 win at Colorado College, followed by a 0-0 tie against San José State and a 2-0 loss against Fresno State. Wyoming will host Boise State on Friday, Oct. 18, before welcoming the Aggies to Laramie for Senior Day on Sunday, Oct. 20.
Wyoming is led in scoring by four players that have each logged four goals, including redshirt freshman midfielder Jamie Tatum, senior midfielder Summer Taube, senior forward Michaela Stark and sophomore forward Indianna Asimus. Three more Cowgirls are tied for the team lead with two assists apiece, including sophomore forward Amber Vokoun, freshman midfielder Maria Allen and junior defender Elle Webber. Sophomores Hannah Lee and Riley Furbush have shared time in goal, logging more than 873 minutes and 484 minutes in goal, respectively. Lee leads the team with 40 saves and a goals-against-average of 1.55.

Utah State leads the all-time series against Wyoming, 7-5-2, and has won three of the last four and five of the last seven.
