FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Utah State soccer lost a 1-0 decision at Colorado State on Friday afternoon, despite having a 17-11 advantage in shots and a 9-4 advantage in corners when the final whistle blew.
The Rams (10-4-1, 5-2-0 MW) scored the only goal of the match off of a corner kick in the 34th minute, one of just four shots on goals for CSU during the contest. Utah State (6-8-1, 1-5-1 MW) finished with seven shots on goal and were led by senior forward Alecia Robinson with four shots, including one on frame.
The Aggies conclude the road portion of their 2019 slate at Wyoming on Sunday, Oct. 20, at 1 p.m. USU then closes the 2019 regular season with three-straight home games, hosting Air Force, Colorado State and Boise State over the next two weeks.
