PROVO, Utah - Utah State women's basketball (2-4) lost, 67-50, to BYU (3-1) on Tuesday in the Marriott Center in Provo, Utah.
Three Aggies scored in double figures as senior guard
Lindsey Jensen-Baker had 14 points, senior forward
Marlene Aniambossou had 11 and sophomore guard
Steph Gorman had 10. Aniambossou led the Aggies on the boards with eight.
BYU was led by senior guard Brenna Chase Drollinger with 21 points.
Utah State shot 32.7 percent (18-of-55) from the field, 28.6 percent (6-of-21) from behind the 3-point line and 66.7 percent (8-of-12) at the free throw line. BYU shot 39.7 percent (23-of-58) from the floor, 33.3 percent (9-of-27) from behind the arc and 75.0 percent (12-of-16) at the free throw line.
Utah State returns to the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum on Monday, Dec. 2, as the Aggies host Dixie State (5-1) at 7 p.m.
