LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Utah State (26-6) will meet Fresno State (23-8) in the semifinals of the Mountain West Tournament on Friday, March 15, at 9:30 p.m. (MT). Fans can watch the game live on the CBS Sports Network (Comcast Ch. 269, DirecTV Ch. 221, Dish Ch. 158).

Utah State is 14-4 all-time in conference tournaments as the No. 2 seed, including a 5-1 record in semifinal games.
STREAKING AT THE RIGHT TIME
Utah State has now won eight-straight games and 15 of its last 16 overall. The eight-game winning streak is the longest for the Aggies since the 2012-13 seasons.

Neemias Queta recorded a career-high-tying six blocks against New Mexico in the quarterfinals, marking the third-most in a single game in Utah State history. The total is also the third-most in a game, the most by a freshman in a single game and the most in a quarterfinal game in Mountain West Tournament history.

Queta's six blocks also marked a Utah State single-game tournament record, passing the previous record of three blocks that was hit four times.
RECORD-BREAKING QUARTERFINAL
Utah State set several single-game tournament records in its 91-83 victory over New Mexico in the Mountain West Tournament quarterfinals, including free throws made (35) and attempted (45), turnovers (24) and tied the school record with seven blocked shots. Furthermore, Utah State's 91 points are the most scored by the Aggies in a Mountain West Tournament game since joining the league.

Utah State's 52 points in the second half against New Mexico marked the fourth-most points in a half in Mountain West Tournament history.
THE UTAH STATE/FRESNO STATE SERIES
Utah State leads the all-time series against Fresno State, 36-25, as the teams split the games this season with the road team coming away victorious in each game. USU has won four of the last five games against the Bulldogs.
LONG-STANDING RIVALRY
Utah State and Fresno State have played a total of 61 times, representing the 13th-longest rivalry in USU history.

Five of the last six games between Utah State and Fresno State have been decided by less than three points, including one-point differences in each of the two games this season.
UTAH STATE/FRESNO STATE IN CONFERENCE TOURNAMENTS
Friday night marks the fourth time that Utah State and Fresno State will have met in a conference tournament, as the teams met twice in the Big West and once in the Western Athletic Conference. Utah State won two of the three games, including the most recent contest, an 85-68 victory during the 2009 WAC quarterfinals.
