LOGAN, Utah - Utah State soccer (1-2-0) opens the month of September with its home opener on Wednesday, Sept. 4, hosting Weber State at Chuck & Gloria Bell field at 4 p.m.

Last Time Out
Utah State lost 3-0 at Utah last Friday as the Utes cut the ribbon on a brand new soccer facility in Salt Lake City. The Aggies allowed two goals in the first half and the final goal in the second half. Freshman keeper Diera Walton provided a highlight when she saved a penalty kick in the 90th minute, her second PK save this season.
Looking at Weber State
Weber State (0-3-0) has lost each of its first three matches this season, opening the year with defeats against a trio of Pac-12 teams in Cal (L, 0-5), Arizona (L, 0-6) and Arizona State (L, 0-1).
Junior Haley Thomas leads the Wildcats with three shots, as Weber State have only been credited with seven total shots this season. Opponents are averaging 22.7 shots per game against the Wildcats, as senior keeper Nikki Pittman has totaled 16 saves.
