LOGAN, Utah – There are 10 former Aggies on active NFL rosters. See how they did in the opening week of the 2020 season.
Kyler Fackrell (LB - New York Giants) - Fackrell is in his fifth season in the NFL and first season with the Giants. In New York's 26-16 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Fackrell recorded two tackles, including one solo stop, while playing in 28 defensive and nine special teams snaps.
Tipa Galeai (LB – Green Bay Packers) - Galeai is in his first season in the NFL with the Packers. Galeai played in nine defensive snaps in Green Bay's 43-34 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
Tyler Larsen (OL - Carolina Panthers) - Larsen is in his fifth season with the Panthers and sixth year in the NFL. Larsen played in five special teams snaps in Carolina's 34-30 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Nevin Lawson (CB – Las Vegas Raiders) - Lawson is in his second season with the Raiders and seventh year in the NFL. Lawson did not appear in Las Vegas' 34-30 win over the Carolina Panthers.
Dallin Leavitt (SS – Las Vegas Raiders) - Leavitt is in his third season in the NFL with the Raiders. In Las Vegas' 34-30 win over the Carolina Panthers, Leavitt did not see any playing time.
Jordan Love (QB – Green Bay Packers) - Love is in his first season in the NFL with the Packers. Love did not see any playing time in Green Bay's 43-34 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
Patrick Scales (LS - Chicago Bears) - Scales is in his sixth year with Chicago and 10th year in the NFL. In the Bears' 27-23 win over the Detroit Lions, Scales played in 10 special teams snaps.
Darwin Thompson (RB - Kansas City Chiefs) - Thompson is in his second season in the NFL with the Chiefs. In Kansas City's 34-20 win over the Houston Texans, Thompson appeared in eight special teams snaps.
Nick Vigil (LB – Los Angeles Chargers) - Vigil is in his first season with Los Angeles and his fifth year in the NFL. In the Chargers' 16-13 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, Vigil recorded five tackles, including three solo stops, and recovered a fumble while playing in 58 defensive and 11 special teams snaps.
Bobby Wagner (LB - Seattle Seahawks) - Wagner is in his ninth year in the NFL with the Seahawks. In Seattle's 38-25 win over the Atlanta Falcons, Wagner started at linebacker and recorded seven tackles, two of which were solo stops, along with one tackle for loss and two passes defended while playing in all 79 defensive snaps, as well as five special teams snaps.
