LOGAN, Utah - Utah State host Saint Mary's for the first time since the 2012-13 season when the Aggies and Gaels square off on Thursday, Dec. 2, at 7 p.m., inside the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
Opening Tips
• Utah State is 6-5 all-time against Saint Mary's, including a 3-3 mark at home. However, the Aggies have lost each of the last two contests in Logan.
• Utah State is riding a six-game winning streak, the longest such streak since an 11-game run last season.
• Utah State has shot 50 percent or better in four games this season, including a season-best 57.1 percent (36-of-63) in its last contest against Carroll College.
• Utah State was able to spread minutes throughout the team on Monday night against Carroll College as no one played more than 24 minutes in the contest against the Fighting Saints.
• Utah State has had 10 different players score in double figures this season with senior forward Justin Bean leading the way with seven games with 10 or more points. 
• Bean is the only player in the MW averaging a double-double this season (22.6/12.9) and leads the league in scoring (22.6), rebounding (12.9), offensive rebounds (4.14), defensive rebounds (8.71), field goal percentage (.678) and free throw percentage (.882).
• Junior guard Rylan Jones ranks among the top-25 in the nation in assists per game, averaging 5.7 dimes per outing to rank 20th in the NCAA. The mark is the most by an Aggie since Kris Clark averaged 6.4 assists per game during the 2007-08 season.
• Jones, along with teammates RJ Eytle-Rock and Steven Ashworth, each rank among the top-10 in the MW in assist-to-turnover ratio, averaging 2.50 (third), 1.92 (seventh) and 1.47 (ninth), respectively.
• Freshman wing Zee Hamoda had his best game of the year against Carroll College, tripling his season total of five points with a 15-point effort against the Fighting Saints, shooting 66.7 percent (6-of-9) from the floor and 40.0 percent (2-of-5) from behind the 3-point line.
• Utah State has won the battle of the boards in 46 consecutive games dating back to the 2019-20 season.
