LOGAN, Utah – Utah State volleyball (0-4, 0-4 MW) continues Mountain West play this week with a pair of matches at Fresno State (1-1, 1-1 MW) on Friday, Feb. 26, at 7 p.m. (MT) and on Saturday, Feb. 27, at 8 p.m.
Both of this weekend's matches will be available for fans to watch live online via the Mountain West Network. Live stats will also be available through StatBroadcast. Links to all options will be posted on the team's social media pages, and are all listed on the Utah State Athletics website.
The Utah State offense is led by junior outside hitter Kristy Frank, who is averaging 3.29 kills per set while hitting .215 (46-17-135) on the season. Sophomore setter Kalena Vaivai is averaging 9.00 assists per set. Defensively, sophomore libero/defensive specialist Grace DuBay has a team-best 3.71 digs per set, while junior middle blocker Corinne Larsen leads the team with 1.29 blocks per set. As a team, Utah State is hitting .139 (168-98-502) on the year, averaging 14.93 digs and 2.04 blocks per set.
Boise State welcomes the Aggies with a 3-1 record, coming off a pair of wins against San José State last week. Senior outside hitter Desiree Sukhov leads the Bulldogs with 3.80 kills per set, hitting .237 (57-21-152) on the year. As a team, Fresno State is hitting .203 (170-66-512), averaging 13.80 digs and 2.73 blocks per set. Jonathan Winder is in his third season as the head coach at Fresno State, where he has an overall record of 39-28.
