• Although Walton played club soccer, she only suited up one year as a freshman at Jordan High School. However, Walton starred for the Beetdiggers on the girls basketball team, leading the team in scoring as a senior.

Utah State is 5-2-0 all-time against Utah Valley, including a 3-1-0 mark in games played in Logan. The Aggies have won three of the last four against the Wolverines, but the two teams haven't met since the 2015 season.
Utah Valley Ties
• Utah State assistant coach Jessica Evanson graduated from UVU and was the starting keeper for the Wolverines during both the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Evanson finished her career at Utah Valley with 10 school records.
• UVU sophomore midfielder Ashley Hughes and sophomore defender Kathryn Wynn each began their collegiate careers at Utah State. Hughes appeared in 28 matches for the Aggies, playing in 309 minutes during the COVID-shortened 2020 season and 654 minutes during the 2017 season. Wynn started at center back in 16 of the 19 matches in 2019, playing in 1,544 minutes as a true freshman.
