LOGAN, Utah - Utah State will look for its third-straight series sweep over Nevada when the Aggies and Wolf Pack tip on Friday at 7 p.m., inside the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
Opening Tips
• Utah State leads the overall series 40-23, including a 23-5 mark in games played in Logan. The Aggies have won four in a row inside the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum and five of the last six.
• In the previous meeting between the two teams, Utah State's 78-49 victory marked the largest win by either team in series history.
• Utah State has won each of its last four games inside the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, averaging 79.0 points per game and shooting 54.2 percent (116-of-214) from the floor over the four-game stretch.
• Additionally, USU is outscoring its opponents by 19.0 points per game over the four-game set and outrebounding the opposition by close to 12 boards per contest.
• Individually, senior forward Justin Bean is leading the team over the four-game stretch with a double-double average of 20.0 points and 10.8 rebounds per game. He is joined in double figures by senior forward Brandon Horvath (16.3 ppg), sophomore guard Steven Ashworth (12.5 ppg) and junior guard Sean Bairstow (11.3 ppg).
• Horvath and Ashworth got off to a hot start at Wyoming in the Aggies' last game as Horvath started 5-for-5 from the floor, including 2-of-2 from behind the arc. Ashworth knocked down each of his first four shots, including two from long range, as both logged double figures by the second media timeout of the opening half.
• Utah State is one of the best teams in the MW at both moving the ball and stealing the ball, averaging a league-best 15.8 assists per game in league play and rank second with 6.5 steals per game.
• Utah State has played more league games than any other program in the MW as the Aggies have not had to pause basketball activities for health and safety protocols at all this season.
• Utah State's leading scorers, Bean (18.5 ppg), Horvath (13.0 ppg) and Bairstow (10.3 ppg) are all shooting better than 50 percent from the floor. Bean is shooting 56.7 percent (177-of-312) from the floor and 50.0 percent (34-of-68) from behind the arc, Horvath is shooting 51.0 percent (124-of-243) and Bairstow is shooting 51.9 percent (69-of-133).
• Bean and Horvath are the only set of teammates in the top seven of the league in rebounds per game in MW play, pulling down 9.4 and 7.4 boards per contest, respectively.
• Bean recorded his 42nd career double-double against Wyoming, finishing with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Bean needs three more double-doubles to move into second place all-time in both USU and MW history.
• Utah State is third in the nation in total assists (455), fifth in assists per game (18.2), and 14th in both assist-to-turnover ratio (1.47) and field goal percentage (.486).
• Bean is among the nation's leaders in multiple statistics, ranking fifth in double-doubles (16), eight in total rebounds (249), ninth in total field goals made (177), 10th in total minutes (889:05), 13th in defensive rebounds per game (7.40), 14th in rebounds per game (10.0) and 15th in total points (463).

• Utah State and Nevada have played five of the last six meetings inside the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, where the Aggies lead 23-5.
