Utah State Men’s Tennis to Play No. 71 UC Santa Barbara In First Round of ASU Invite

LOGAN, Utah — Utah State men's tennis will draw No. 71 UC Santa Barbara in the first round of the ASU Invite, it was announced on Wednesday.

The Aggies (4-3, 0-0 MW) will face the Gauchos (5-3, 0-0 Big West) on Friday at noon (MT). UCSB enters the tournament as the third seed as decided by the latest release of the DI Men's National Team Rankings. No. 34 Memphis and No. 65 Rice also join the tournament field, as do Arizona State, Cal Poly, New Mexico and South Florida.

USU will face either Arizona State or Rice on Saturday, depending on the result of Friday's matches. The Aggies are also guaranteed a third match on Sunday.
