In addition to having their official heights and weights measured, the former Aggies were put through a wide variety of speed and strength tests, including the 225-pound bench press, 40-yard dash, short-shuttle and three-cone runs, broad jump and vertical jump.
Moore had perhaps the best showing of the day as he bench-pressed 225 pounds 32 times, ran a sub-4.75-second 40-yard time and had a 34.5-inch vertical jump, all of which would have been tops among all defensive tackles at this year's NFL Combine. Moore also recorded a 9-10 broad jump, a 7.43 three-cone run and a 4.53 short-shuttle run, which would have ranked second, third and third, respectively, among all defensive tackles at the Combine.
Heninger also performed well as he recorded 30 reps on the bench press, which would have been tops among all defensive ends at the Combine, ran a sub-4.75-second 40-yard time, had a 36.0-inch vertical jump and a 9-11 broad jump. Heninger also posted times of 7.18 in the three-cone run and 4.43 in the short-shuttle run, which would have ranked fourth and eighth, respectively, among all defensive ends at the Combine.
Wright was another player that tested well as he bench-pressed 225 pounds 21 times, which would have been tops among all receivers at this year's Combine, ran a sub-4.55-second 40-yard time, had a 7.00 three-cone run, which would have ranked fourth among all receivers at the Combine, and had marks of 10-9 in the broad jump and 38.0-inches in the vertical jump, both of which would have ranked seventh among all receivers at the Combine.
Other top performers included Henry-Cole, Scarver and Thompkins, who each ran sub-4.5-second 40-yard times. Thompkins also had times of 6.98 in the three-cone run and 4.18 in the short shuttle, as both would have ranked third among all receivers at this year's Combine, and marks of 11-0 in the broad jump and 38.5-inches in the vertical jump, which would have ranked fifth and sixth, respectively, among all receivers at the Combine. Henry-Cole posted marks of 10-11 in the broad jump and 39.5-inches in the vertical jump, which would have ranked first and second, respectively, among all running backs at this year's Combine.
All times and marks listed above are unofficial.
The prospects also performed a variety of position-specific on-field drills during the day.
Up next is the 2022 NFL Draft, which will be held April 28-30 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
