LOGAN, Utah – Utah State head softball coach Todd Judge announced the signing of Haisley Leskinen (Fort Collins, Colorado/Rocky Mountain HS) to the 2024-25 roster on Thursday.

"We are excited to announce that Haisley will be joining our already very strong 2024-25 recruiting class," Judge said. "Haisley had a great senior year where she led the Colorado 5A division in strikeouts with 243 K's in 145 innings. Haisley has a great work ethic and a very strong IQ for pitching which will help her immediately transition into the collegiate game. "

Leskinen is a four-year letterwinner for Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she was a three-time first-team all-conference selection and was named to the all-state second team as a senior. During her senior season, Leskinen posted a 1.63 ERA with 243 strikeouts in 145 innings pitched. In her prep career, Leskinen has earned 461 strikeouts in 435 innings pitched, while also leading the team in RBIs as a junior and home runs as a senior. She has helped the Lobos to four-straight regional appearances and to state tournament appearances in 2020 and 2023.

In the classroom, Leskinen is a member of the National Honor Society and the National Business Honor Society, and is a four-time academic all-state selection. She also plays club softball for the Colorado Softball Academy in Johnstown, Colorado.
