FRESNO, California –
Utah State's volleyball team (23-5, 6-1 MW) pushed its winning streak to 13-straight as it posted a four-set win (24-26, 25-21, 25-22, 25-21) at Fresno State Thursday night.

The Bulldogs (16-12, 10-7 MW) entered the contest winners of eight of their last 10 matches.

Utah State's 23 wins are tied for the eighth-most in school history, while its 16 league wins are a school record. Furthermore, USU's 13 match winning streak is the fourth-longest in school history and longest since the 1980 club won 15 in a row.

Graduate outside hitter Shelby Capllonch led Utah State with 14 kills as she hit .289 (14-3-38). Junior outside hitter Adna Mehmedovic added 11 kills and six blocks. And senior outside hitter Tatum Stall posted her fifth double-double this season and the 24th of her career with 11 kills and 13 digs.

After winning the first set, Fresno State appeared to be on its way to a 2-0 advantage as it was up 17-11 in set two. However, the Aggies responded with a 14- 4 run to even the match. USU never trailed in the third set win and scored seven of the first eight points in the fourth set on its way to the four-set victory.

Sophomore setter Leah Wilton-LaBoy added 21 assists, nine digs and three service aces for Utah State, while junior setter Beatriz Rodrigues posted 18 assists. Freshman libero Kambree Rodriguez led USU with 15 digs, while senior libero Jordi Holdaway had a season-best three service aces.

Utah State hit .226 (55-20-155) in the match as compared to a .250 (56-22-136) hitting percentage for Fresno State. The Bulldogs also had 13 more digs (68-53) in the contest, but the Aggies had seven more service aces (10-3).

The Aggies will conclude their regular season on Saturday, Nov. 18, with a Mountain West match at Nevada (7-21, 3-14 MW) at 2 p.m. (MT).
