LOGAN, Utah - Utah State head softball coach Todd Judge announced on Friday the addition of Ryan Ramsower as the associate head coach.
"I am excited to bring Ryan on as our associate head coach," Judge said. "Ryan has tremendous experience in all phases of the game and has played at the highest level in the Pac-12. He is driven, hard-working and was born to coach."
Ramsower joins the Aggies after spending the 2023 season as a member of the varsity baseball coaching staff at West Seattle High School. He also was the director of baseball operations for the Washington Baseball Academy from 2022-23.
Ramsower served as an assistant baseball coach at Lower Columbia College from 2021-22 where he worked with all position players, specifically the infielders, and played a large role in the Red Devils' offense.
Prior to joining LCC, Ramsower was the head coach of two club baseball teams with the Hills Baseball Club from 2019-21 and was a part of the Catalina Foothills High School baseball coaching staff. During that time, Ramsower also worked as a strength coach.
Ramsower reunites with Judge after he acted as an assistant coach for Judge with the Oro Valley Sun Cats club softball team from 2018-19.
Ramsower graduated from Washington State in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in humanities. He played two seasons at WSU, appearing in 49 games and making 28 starts. He began his collegiate career playing two seasons at Pima Community College.
