LOGAN, Utah - Utah State men's tennis (9-2, 0-0 MW) will host LMU (5-3, 0-0 WCC) at the Sports Academy & Racquet Club on Sunday at noon. It is the first meeting between the two programs since LMU notched a 4-2 neutral court win in 2023.

Nuno Pinheiro lost in two sets at the No. 4 spot (1-6, 5-7). At the No. 5 spot, freshman
Mohammad Alkotop lost in two sets (1-6, 1-6) and freshman
Stefan Vedovelli lost in straight sets at the No. 6 spot (1-6, 1-6). Against UT Arlington, USU won the doubles point as Vedovelli and Zarkovic posted a 6-1 win at the second position, while Fenollar and Alkotop won in a tiebreak at the third position 7-6 (4). In singles, Zarkovic clinched the match by taking down his opponent at the No. 2 spot in three sets (4-6, 7-6 (11), 6-4). Fenollar won his match at the No. 3 spot in two sets (6-1, 6-4) and Pinheiro won in straight sets at the No. 4 spot (7-6 (4), 6-2). At the No. 1 spot, Paardekooper fell in three sets (7-5, 4-6, 2-6). Alkotop lost in three sets ultimately being decided by a tiebreak at the No. 5 spot (6-7 (4), 6-3, 6-7 (4)). And Vedovelli lost in three sets at the No. 6 spot (3-6, 6-3, 4-6).
