LOGAN, Utah – Utah State men's basketball announced a non-finalized version of its 2024-25 Mountain West schedule on Friday. Game dates are subject to shift after Mountain West television partners, CBS Sports Network and FOX Sports, make their broadcast selections. Game times will be set once broadcast selections are made.
For the first time, all Mountain West teams will play a 20-game slate this season in which every team will play every conference opponent twice.
Utah State officially opens conference play with a single league matchup in early December when the Aggies host Wyoming at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum on Wednesday, Dec. 4. The team will then resume non-conference play until traveling to face San Diego State on Saturday, Dec. 28.
USU will spend New Year's Eve in Reno with a matchup against Nevada on Tuesday, Dec. 31. The 2025 calendar year opens for the Aggies at home, when they host Fresno State on Saturday, Jan. 4, before hitting the road to take on San José State on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
Utah State is slated to take on Boise State at the Spectrum on Saturday, Jan. 11. The team then travels to Las Vegas to face UNLV on Tuesday, Jan. 14, before having its first of two byes the following weekend. Following the bye, USU will host Nevada on Tuesday, Jan. 21, then play at Air Force on Saturday, Jan. 25.
The Aggies close out January and begin February with a two-game homestand, hosting UNLV and New Mexico on Tuesday, Jan. 28, and Saturday, Feb. 1, respectively. They then hit the road for back-to-back contests, first playing at Wyoming on Tuesday, Feb. 4, then playing at Fresno State on Saturday, Feb. 8.
USU is back home on Tuesday, Feb. 11, to take on Colorado State, before traveling to Albuquerque to face New Mexico on Saturday, Feb. 15. It then has another two-game homestand on Tuesday, Feb. 18, and Saturday, Feb. 22, hosting San José State and San Diego State, respectively.
The final road games of the year will be when Utah State travels to take on Boise State on Tuesday, Feb. 25, then plays at Colorado State on Saturday, March 1. Following its second and final bye, USU will wrap up the regular season on Saturday, March 8, when Air Force comes to the Spectrum.
The Aggies will also play an 11-game non-conference schedule, including seven contests at home,
