LOGAN, Utah – After helping the No. 7 Utah State soccer team remain undefeated with a 1-0-1 week which included a 0-0 draw against Washington State and a 3-1 win at Grand Canyon, graduate goalkeeper
Cora Brendle was named the Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week.
Brendle, a native of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, played all 180 minutes in goal for the Aggies last week and allowed just a single goal.
