Sam Merrill, G, Cleveland Cavaliers — Merrill is in his sixth season in the NBA and fourth with the Cavaliers. Merrill averaged 12.0 points, 3.0 assists and 1.5 rebounds during Cleveland's four games last week, in which the Cavaliers went 3-1. Merrill currently ranks ninth in the league with 32 made 3-pointers.
Neemias Queta, C, Boston Celtics — Queta is in his fifth season in the NBA and third with the Celtics. Queta averaged 9.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game last week, headlined by a 15-point, 12-rebound double-double against Washington, to help Boston to a 2-1 record. Queta, who has started each of Boston's 11 games, ranks 10th in offensive rebounds with 32 and 12th in the league in blocks with 15.
Darius Brown II, G, Cleveland Charge — Brown is in his second professional season, both with the Charge. Brown averaged 20.0 points, 11.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game during Cleveland's first two games of the 2025-26 NBA G-League season, including a 23-point, 16-assist double-double against Iowa.
Taylor Funk, F, San Diego Clippers — Funk is in his third professional season and first with the Clippers. Funk did not play during San Diego's first two games of the 2025-26 NBA G-League season, where they went 1-1 against the Stockton Kings.
Dexter Akanno, SF, VET-CONCEPT Gladiators Trier — Akanno is in his first professional season and first with the Gladiators of the German BBL. Akanno scored two points and grabbed one steal in Trier's 80-76 win over Heidelburg on Nov. 9.
Dan Akin, PF/C, Kolossos BC — Akin is in his third professional season and first with the Greek Basketball League's Kolossos. Akin collected two rebounds and an assist, steal and block each in Kolossos' 89-81 loss to Promitheas on Nov. 9.
Justin Bean, F, Alba Berlin — Bean is in his fourth professional season and third with Alba Berlin of the German BBL. Bean scored a season-high 16 points and added five rebounds, two steals and two assists in Alba Berlin's 88-80 win over Weissenfels.
Diogo Brito, G, Monbus Obradoiro — Brito is in his fifth professional season and first with Monbus Obradoiro of Spain's LEB Gold. Brito scored four points and collected five rebounds in Obradoiro's 93-68 win over Burgos Tizona on Nov. 1.
Kris Clark, G, Nakhchivan — Clark, who has been playing professional basketball since 2008, is in his first season with Nakhchivan in the Azerbaijani Basketball League. Clark played three minutes in Nakhchivan's 100-76 loss to Ordu on Nov. 7.
RJ Eytle-Rock, G, EJ Sligo All-Stars — Eytle-Rock is in his third professional season and first as a player-coach with the Irish Men's Super League's EJ Sligo All-Stars. The All-Stars were off last week and will play again on Nov. 15 against Killorglin.
Aubin Gateretse, C, Limburg United — Gateretse is in his first professional season and first with Limburg United of Belgium's BNXT League. Gateretse set season highs with nine points and nine rebounds in Limburg's 94-62 win against Zwolle on Nov. 7.
Brandon Horvath, C, BC Gargzdai-SC — Horvath is in his fourth professional season and first with BC Gargzdai-SC of the Lithuanian Basketball League. Gargzdai lost 89-80 to Lietkabelis on Nov. 8, with Horvath scoring four points and grabbing one rebound in 13 minutes.
Ian Martinez, G, Elitzur Yavne — Martinez is in his first professional season and first with Elitzur Yavne of the Israeli National League. Martinez scored 22 points and added five rebounds and four assists in Yavne's 98-84 loss to Ironi Nahariya.
Shane Rector, G, Al Shamal Doha — Rector is in his ninth professional season and his first with Al Shamal Doha of the Qatari QBL. Rector has averaged 30.4 points, 7.2 assists and 5.8 rebounds per game so far this season, leading Al Shamal to a 3-2 record.
Chris Smith, G, Hiroshima Dragonflies — Smith is in his 10th professional season and his first with Hiroshima of the Japanese B1 League. Smith averaged 23.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game during the Dragonflies' two games last week, where they went 1-1.
