• Utah State wraps up a two-game stint on the East Coast this weekend as it travels to Charlotte, North Carolina, to face the Charlotte 49ers on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 12 p.m. (MT).
• USU opened the 2025-26 campaign 7-0 before suffering its first loss. This was the 10th 7-0 or better start in program history, and the third in the past four years. Jerrod Calhoun is the only head coach in program history to start his first two seasons at the helm 7-0 or better.
• Utah State debuted at No. 22 in the first NET rankings of the season, released on Dec. 1. The Aggies currently sit at No. 41, the highest-ranked Mountain West squad in the rankings, 18 spots ahead of No. 59 Wyoming.
• Senior guard MJ Collins Jr. scored 40 points in the Charleston Classic championship game vs Davidson on Nov. 23, a new tournament scoring record. He became the first Aggie to score 40-plus points in a game since Jaycee Carroll in 2007, and just the 11th USU player to ever reach that mark.
• Graduate guard Drake Allen currently ranks in the top-20 nationally in both assists and steals, with 6.6 helpers (16th) and 3.00 takeaways (8th) per game.
• Senior forward Garry Clark is averaging just shy of a double-double this season, with 10.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per contest.
• As a team, Utah State currently ranks third in the NCAA in steals, averaging 11.9 per contest. The duo of Drake Allen and Mason Falslev each rank among the nation's leaders in takeaways — Allen ranking eighth in the country with 3.00 steals per contest, Falslev ranking 13th with 2.75.
• Utah State currently ranks in the top 75 in the nation in several major statistical categories, including steals (5th - 11.4), assists (26th - 18.9), field goal percentage (27th - .508), turnovers forced (29th - 16.25), winning percentage (31st - .875), 3-point field goal percentage (33rd - .382), fastbreak points (35th - 16.88), scoring margin (37th - +17.3), field goal percentage defense (53rd - .396), turnover margin (58th - +3.6), scoring offense (67th - 85.4), and assist/turnover ratio (68th - 1.50).
