Against the Bears, she accounted for three of the team's six runs, each coming on RBI singles. She also hit the walk-off run in the bottom of the eighth inning to secure the win over Purdue.
On the week, Matej went 9-for-18 (.500) at the plate with two doubles, five RBIs and four runs scored. She was also walked once, and posted a .611 slugging percentage with a .526 on base percentage. While starting three games as a catcher, she also recorded seven putouts.
