Game Recap: Women's Soccer |

STOCKTON, Calif. — Utah State soccer (1-1, 0-0 MW) suffered its first loss of the 2025 campaign on Thursday night, losing on the road to Pacific 1-0 at Knoles Field.

On a 90-plus degree night in Stockton, a penalty kick goal was the difference in this one. Following a foul inside of the penalty box on an Aggie defender, Pacific's Aniela Jensen lined up for a penalty kick. Aggie graduate keeper Taylor Rath dove in the correct direction, but the shot went just beyond her fingertips into the bottom left corner of the net.

Following the Tigers' goal, every shot the rest of the way belonged to Utah State. The Aggies held a 13-6 shots advantage in the contest, but despite several good looks, none found their way in.
