LOGAN, Utah – Utah State men's basketball announced the non-conference portion of its 2025-26 schedule on Tuesday, a slate with 11 regular season games plus a pair of exhibitions.
Utah State will unofficially open the season with exhibition games against a pair of WCC foes, first hosting Seattle on Saturday, Oct. 18, then traveling to take on San Francisco on Saturday, Oct. 25. All proceeds from the home exhibition against Seattle will go to benefit the team's recruitment and retention fund. Tickets for that contest will not be included in season ticket packages.
The 2025-26 campaign officially opens for USU with a game against in-state foe Westminster at Dee Glen Smith Spectrum on Monday, Nov. 3. The Aggies will then travel to the Lone Star State for a neutral-site bout against VCU in Frisco, Texas, at the Comerica Center, on Friday, Nov. 7. The team then returns home for games against Weber State and UTEP on Wednesday, Nov. 12, and Saturday, Nov. 15, respectively.
Utah State will compete in the Shriners Children's Charleston Classic, held at TD Arena in Charleston, South Carolina. There, it will face Tulane in the first round on Friday, Nov. 21, then either Boston College or Davidson on Sunday, Nov. 23.
USU hosts Montana State on Saturday, Nov. 29, before heading to the east coast to play the only two true road games of its non-conference slate. The Aggies will travel to Tampa, Florida, to face South Florida on Thursday, Dec. 4, then Charlotte, North Carolina, to take on Charlotte on Sunday, Dec. 7.
Utah State will face Illinois State in a neutral site contest played at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City on Saturday, Dec. 13. The final non-conference game for the Aggies won't come until February, when USU welcomes Memphis to the Spectrum on Saturday, Feb. 14.
The team's full MW conference slate, along with television schedule and tip times, will be released at a later date.
