• Utah State leads the nation in two-point conversions made this season with three (2 pass, 1 run) on four attempts. Louisville is second in the nation with a pair of two-point conversions made. Overall, only 22 FBS teams have successfully converted a two-point play this season.
• Utah State first-year head coach Bronco Mendenhall has a 42-13 (.764) Mountain West record over seven seasons at BYU (2005-10) and New Mexico (2024). The Falcons won the first meeting, 38-13, in 1969, at the USAF Academy. USU then won the next two games with a 52-20 win at the USAF Academy in 2013, and a 34-16 home win in 2014. The Falcons then won three straight meetings with a 35-28 home win in 2015, a 27-20 road win in 2016, and a 38-35 home win in 2017.
