Former Aggie
Jean-Baptiste Badon led USU at last year's tournament with a run to the semifinals of the singles draw. Badon's run was the deepest run by an Aggie since Bodin Zarkovic claimed the first men's title for USU in 2023. Zarkovic was only the fourth Aggie to ever reach the championship match, joining David Cierny in 2022 and Kai Wehnelt in 2016 on the men's side, plus McKenzie Davis who won the women's singles title in 2014.
