• Utah State men's basketball returns home to the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum this weekend to host Grand Canyon on Saturday, Feb. 28. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m.
• The Aggies sit atop the Mountain West standings, currently at 13-4 in league play with three games left to play. San Diego State is tied on top at 13-4, while New Mexico lingers one game back in second at 12-5.
• Utah State currently ranks No. 25 in the NET Rankings, and is No. 25 in KenPom. The Aggies are the highest-ranked team from the MW in the NET Rankings, and are one of eight squads from the league ranked in the top 100.
• USU has received votes or been ranked in 13 of the 15 AP Polls, and in 13 of 16 USA Today Coaches Polls this season. This week, the team received eight votes in the AP Poll and seven votes in the coaches poll.
• The final five games in Mountain West play for Utah State all come against the teams currently ranked two through six in the Mountain West standings. All five are Quad 1 or Quad 2 games.
• Utah State has won 20-plus games for the 35th time in program history. The team has now hit that mark in four-straight and seven of the past eight seasons.
• Senior guard MJ Collins Jr. and junior guard Mason Falslev have been two of the top scorers in the Mountain West, each ranking in the top 10 in both scoring and shooting percentage. USU is the only team in the MW with two players averaging at least 15 points per game.
• Graduate guard Drake Allen and Falslev rank first and second in the league in steals per game, averaging 2.04 and 2.00, respectively. As a team, the Aggies are 22nd nationally in steals per game at 8.9.
• Saturday's game will be just the second all-time meeting between Utah State and Grand Canyon, and the first in Logan. The previous matchup was in Phoenix earlier this year on Jan. 14, an 84-74 loss.
