LOGAN, Utah – Utah State running back Javen Jacobs was named to the Paul Hornung Award Honor Roll for his performance in USU's 21-10 home win against Troy on Saturday night.
It is the first time in his career Jacobs has been honored by the Paul Hornung Award.
The Paul Hornung Award presented by Texas Roadhouse is presented annually to the most versatile player in major college football. Fans can vote online at https://poll.fm/17450495.

- Rushed for a season-high 84 yards on 14 carries and scored his first touchdown of the year on a 6-yard run.
- Caught two passes for 11 yards and returned two punts for four yards.
- Finished the game with 99 all-purpose yards.
