2017 (SR): Made 26 appearances, starting 21 games... Posted a 3.09 ERA... Threw 126.2 innings and eight complete games... Allowed 120 hits and 64 runs... Tallied 87 strikeouts and walked 58 batters... Had a career-best 10 strikeouts against UTEP (Feb. 26)... Pitched portions of two shutouts and had one save... Had a 13-8 individual record... Had four defensive putouts and 16 assists with a perfect fielding percentage.

2016 (JR): Started 13 games in the circle, making 22 total appearances on the year... Posted a 7-5 overall record... Pitched four complete games during the season... Led the pitching staff with a 3.79 ERA... Tallied 57 strikeouts while walking 30 batters... Had a season-high eight strikeouts against Cal State Northridge (Feb. 12)... Had multiple strikeouts in 12 games... Was in the batting lineup in four games with 10 at-bats... Hit .200 on the year with two hits, including one triple at Utah Valley (March 15)... Scored one run and had one RBI on the year... Was walked one time... Had 11 assists in the field.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played at Des Moines (Iowa) Area Community College... Helped 2015 team to a 51-10 record, finishing second in the Iowa Community College Athletics Conference (ICCAC) and ranked seventh nationally after falling in the quarterfinals of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II World Series... Earned first-team National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-American, third-team NJCAA All-American, first-team all-conference and all-Midwest Region honors... Concluded her junior college career with a 1.42 ERA and a 27-5 record and 233 strikeouts... Batted .353 in her junior college career, totaling 59 hits with seven doubles, two triples and 14 home runs, while batting in 53 RBIs.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Des Moines East (Iowa) High School... Earned all-conference and all-state honors as a senior... Helped team to three state championship games with one state title.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Verlin and Debbie Brown... Graduated in May, 2017, with a degree in interdisciplinary studies.
