HONORS: Academic All-Mountain West (2017).

2018 (JR): Played in 12 games and finished the season with eight tackles (3-solo, 5-assist) and one fumble recovery… Had a career-high three tackles against Tennessee Tech (9/13) and recorded two tackles against New Mexico State (9/8)… Added one stop each against UNLV (10/13), Hawai’i (11/3) and No. 21 Boise State (11/24)… Recovered his first-career fumble against New Mexico (10/27).

2017 (SO): Played in 12 games and finished the season with four tackles (1-solo, 3-assist)… Had a career-best two tackles against Idaho State (9/7) and added one stop each against Wake Forest (9/16) and Hawai’i (11/18)… Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.  

2016 (RS-FR): Did not play.  

2015 (FR): Redshirted during his first season at Utah State.  

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Utah Class 5A first-team all-state honors from both the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News as a prep senior at Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah… Led the state with seven interceptions and had one fumble recovery for a touchdown as he helped the Darts reach the quarterfinals of the 5A state playoffs and finish with a 7-5 overall record… Recorded a career-high 10 tackles against Syracuse HS and had two interceptions against both Layton HS and Fremont HS… Also participated on the basketball, soccer and track & field teams at Davis HS, earning a combined nine letters… Was a member of the Darts’ 4x100m relay team that won a state title as a senior with a time of 42.00… Davis HS captured back-to-back state track & field championships in 2012 and 2013, his junior and senior seasons… Garnered all-state honors in track & field during his senior season and was tabbed first-team all-area in soccer as a senior… Helped Davis HS capture a state title in soccer as a junior and led the Darts to the semifinals of the 5A state basketball tournament as a senior… Earned a Dean’s Academic Scholarship. 

PERSONAL: One of six children of Evan Parker and Tammy Parker-Bell… Has eight older step-siblings and 37 nieces and nephews… His father was an agricultural professor at USU… Served an LDS Church Mission in Philadelphia, Pa., from 2013-15… Married to Christine Van Brocklin, who was a hurdler on Utah’s track & field team… Also competed on USU’s track & field team as a sprinter… Majoring in pre-physical therapy.
