Had two hits against Hawai'i (Feb. 14)... Hit one double and one home run... Scored five runs and added five RBIs... Had a season-high three RBIs against UC Davis (Feb. 15)... Was walked twice and hit by a pitch twice... Had 18 putouts and 22 assists with a .976 fielding percentage... Was a part of USU's triple play in the third inning against UC Riverside (Feb. 9)... Season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 (JR): Played in 40 games, making 30 starts... Played at second base, shortstop, in the outfield, as a designated player and as a pinch hitter... Hit .301 on the year with 31 hits in 103 at-bats... Had multiple hits in six games... Tied the single-game hits record with four against San Diego (Feb. 15)... Had a season-long six-game hitting streak from April 19-May 5... Hit four doubles, one triple and one home run... Scored 22 runs, including a season-high three against CSU Bakersfield (Feb. 22)... Tallied 19 RBIs, with a season-best five against San Diego... Was walked nine times and hit by a pitch twice... Recorded 33 putouts and 17 assists with an .877 fielding percentage... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played one season at Mesa (Ariz.) Community College... Was named a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) third-team All-American... Was the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC) DII Player of the Year in 2018... Was also named to the all-ACCAC first-team as well as the all-region first-team... Batted .506 as a sophomore, including a .975 slugging percentage... Hit 25 doubles, 11 triples and nine home runs while drawing 27 walks... Tallied 61 RBIs while scoring 66 runs... Also had a .941 fielding percentage at shortstop.
LAST SCHOOL: Spent her freshman season at Phoenix (Ariz.) College... Earned all-region honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Queen Creek (Ariz.) High School... Finished high school with a.456 batting average and an .856 slugging percentage... Earned second-team all-section honors in 2014, while helping her team to the section championship title... Played club softball with the Arizona Force.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Joel and Cyndie Holmes... Has two sisters and one brother... Graduated in May, 2020 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies.
